Accordingly, you acknowledge that virus protection for your computer and those with whom you communicate is your sole responsibility. Double Drummer accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss suffered by you as a result of the transmission of any computer virus during, or subsequent to, your use of this web site.

Double Drummer screens ‘seller’ members for relevant qualifications, however it cannot screen all members or users and therefore make no warranty or promise whatsoever concerning the following and are not liable in any manner whatsoever for:

• the truth, accuracy or otherwise of any contribution posted to this web site, including the background, personality, physical attributes, other personal characteristics or professional qualifications and experience of any user or member;

DD Credits
In order to contact Double Drummer members, you will need to purchase DD credits.  One DD credit is valued at AUD1.00 (inclusive of GST). A minimum purchase of 10 DD credits is required for each transaction.  One DD credit will be deducted from your DD credit balance for every contact you make that resulted in a response whether positive or otherwise. Contacting members who are advertisers (also know as ‘sellers’) is free and therefore does not require the use of DD credits.

You may refund unused DD credits or you may donate the AUD value of your unused DD credits to a Double Drummer endorsed charity.

From time to time, Double Drummer may offer members free DD credits (e.g. for referring a member, for joining before a specific date, etc.).  These free DD credits are non-refundable.
