Minor prize draws will take place at Double Drummer Pty Ltd, Suite 1, 38 East Esplanade, Manly on 12.00pm (AEST) on 28 January 2009, 4 February 2009, 11 February 2009, 18 February 2009, 25 February 2009, 4 March 2009, 11 March 2009, 18 March 2009, 25 March 2009, 1 April 2009, 8 April 2009 and 15 April 2009. The winners will be notified by e-mail and their names will appear on the Double Drummer web site: www.doubledrummer.com If the prizes are unclaimed further draws will take place at 12.00pm (AEST) on Wednesday 15 July 2009.

  4. The major prize draw will take place at Double Drummer Pty Ltd, Suite 1, 38 East Esplanade, Manly on 12.00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 15 April 2009. The winner will be notified by e-mail and their name will appear on the Double Drummer web site: www.doubledrummer.com If the prize is unclaimed another draw will take place at 12.00pm (AEST) on Wednesday 15 July 2009.

  5. Employees of Double Drummer Pty Ltd, their associates, agencies and immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.

  6. To enter the minor prize draws entrants need to play The Great Office Escape online game at http://www.doubledrummer.com/greatofficeescape/ then register their details. Registration details include first name, last name, postcode and e-mail address and each registration becomes an entry into the draw for that period.

  7. Registrants are then invited to ‘Refer A Friend’ and enter the major prize draw. Entrants need to have registered for the minor prize draw then refer at least one friend’s name and e-mail address to enter the major prize draw. Each referral is equivalent to an entry into the draw for the person referring.

    A ‘referral’, to be included as an entry in the draw, must consist of a valid e-mail address (an e-mail address must be deliverable, hard bounces are deemed invalid). Duplicate ‘referrals’ (e-mail addresses) per person referring will be considered as only one entry in the draw.

  8. The minor prizes consist of 12 x $40 Rebel Sport gift vouchers that can be redeemed at any Rebel Sport store Australia-wide within 12 month period from the purchase date. The vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

  9. The major prize consists of: economy return airfare for two (2) persons to Sunshine Coast departing from Adelaide, Canberra, Darwin*, Hobart, Perth or Sydney (maximum allocation for flights is $1,200 and choice of airline and economy airfare type is at the discretion of the promoter), $30 taxi voucher or cash for airport transfers to and from Novotel Twin Waters Resort, 2-night Novotel Twin Waters Resort accommodation at a Resort Room-garden view including breakfast for two on both mornings of the stay (available on weekends subject to availability at time of booking), two (2) 18-holes golf fees at the Twin Waters Golf Club (excludes any equipment hire and balls). Spending money, meals, insurance, travel to and from departure point except for airport transfers in Sunshine Coast, and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. Stay at Novotel Twin Waters Resort must made by 31 August 2009. Note: *flights are not available from Darwin to Sunshine Coast. Flight will be from Darwin to Brisbane.

  10. The major prize is valued at a maximum of AUD$1,800 and the minor prizes are valued at $480. The total prize pool is valued at a maximum of AUD$2,280.

  11. All prizes are valued inclusive of GST and Double Drummer Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any variation in value. Should an entrant's contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the promoter.

  12. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.

  13. If the major prize cannot be fulfilled due to unavailablity, it is at the discretion of the promoter to either change the prize to any items of equal value or award the cash equivalent of the cost of the prize, depending on the departing city of the winner.

  14. The promoter and other organisers accept no responsibility for any kind of loss or liability suffered or incurred by the prize-winner in relation to the prize. The winner releases the promoter and other organisers, their related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, agents and employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, the prize. Without limiting the foregoing, the released parties not be liable for any injury, sickness or death, property loss or damage or other direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind, however sustained or incurred, in connection with or arising out of any aspect of the prizes.

  15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under the Lottery and Gaming Regulation 1993 (SA), and state permit regulation.

  16. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence shall be entered into. The prize is not redeemable for cash.

  17. Winners may be required to participate in media interviews and photo shoots to promote www.doubledrummer.com and acknowledge that Double Drummer Pty Ltd has the right to use such publicity photos, videos and/or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit.

  18. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries are entered directly into a database and the Promoter may, with the permission of the entrant, use their names, addresses and emails for future promotional, marketing, publicity purposes. These future promotions may be made together with Novotel Twin Waters Resort.   2. The promotion will run for 12 months commencing on 12.01am (AEST) 8 December 2008 and closing at 11.59pm (AEST) on 30 November 2009. Quarterly competitions will commence at 12.01am (AEST) on 8 December 2008, 1 March 2009, 1 June 2009 and 1 September 2009.

  3. Quarterly draws will take place at Double Drummer Pty Ltd, Suite 1, 38 East Esplanade, Manly NSW 2095 on 12.00pm (AEST) on – 3 March 2009, 2 June 2009, 2 September 2009 and 2 December 2009. One winner will be drawn each quarter and will be notified by e-mail. Their name may appear on the Double Drummer web site www.doubledrummer.com.

  5. To enter the promotion simply go to www.doubledrumer.com and subscribe to The Drum e-news http://www.doubledrummer.com/e-newsletters.aspx by submitting your first name, e-mail address and state. Only one valid e-mail address per person will be included in the draw. E-mail address validation will take place upon entry into the draw (an e-mail address must be deliverable, hard bounces are deemed invalid). Winners will be notified by e-mail. If a winner does not claim the prize a redraw will take place 3 months after the draw dates for each quarter at 12.00pm (AEST) on the following days: 4 June 2009, 3 September 2009, 2 December 2009 and 2 March 2010.

  6. All valid entries each quarter will go into the draw to win the quarterly prize valued up to $250.00. Prize details and image will appear on the home page and subscribe page and will be updated at the beginning of each quarter. The promoter has the option of replacing prize items with equivalent-priced items in the event that the original item is unavailable from the supplier.

  7. The total prize pool value is AUD$1,000 based on a maximum value of $250 per quarterly prize for a 12-month period (4 prizes).
